I'm Andrew Gorham and I'm on the ballot for city councillor representing Parkdale-High Park (Ward 4) in the upcoming Toronto municipal elections.
Here's my Platform
Freeze ALL building developments immediately, unless it can be proven that the building will be 100% housed by any individual or household with an annual income below $49,000 per annum (which is the poverty line in T.O.)
Abolish the quasi-judicial Ontario Municipal Board (now called Ontario Land Tribunal).
Freeze all current rent levels for 10 years.
Ban sale of cars within city and use of cars within downtown core.
Free bicycles and locks for every citizen who wants one.
Free TTC (transit).
$100 rebate for every citizen who votes (doesn’t matter who they vote for) in the City of Toronto.
One free bag lunch every day for every citizen: A sandwich (vegan, kosher or meat), an apple, milk or juice, and a cookie.
